Tele Caller Executive

Shree Bajrang Motors Private Limited is an esteemed authorized service center for Ashok Leyland, dedicated to providing top-notch service and support to our valued customers. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented tele caller executive to join our dynamic team. As a Tele caller Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- **Service Coordination**: Schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring efficient use of service center resources.
- **Customer Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to gather customer feedback on services rendered and ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- **Information Dissemination**: Provide customers with information regarding service offerings, promotions, and updates about Ashok Leyland vehicles.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
- **Complaint Resolution**: Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by identifying potential leads and providing support in customer conversion processes.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain reports related to customer interactions, feedback, and service follow-ups.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent. A degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a tele calling or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Problem-Solving**: Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
