Install, assemble, and maintain solar mounting structures and components on-site.
- Perform structural work, including cutting, welding, and fitting as per project requirements.
- Ensure accurate alignment and fastening of solar panels and support structures.
- Operate hand and power tools safely for fabrication and installation tasks.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot structural and mechanical issues.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with site regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers and site supervisors for smooth execution.
- Handle material loading, unloading, and positioning for installation.
- Maintain work records and report daily progress to the site manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
