Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in powder coating.
- Strong knowledge of powder coating processes, equipment, and materials.
- Experience in supervising and managing a team.
- Supervise and coordinate the powder coating team to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of powder coating equipment.
- Monitor the pre-treatment, coating, curing, and inspection processes to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.
- Train and guide workers in powder coating techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure corrective actions are taken when needed.
- Maintain inventory of powder coating materials, equipment, and tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
