**Position Title**: Controller - Operation

**Location**:Saudi Arabia

**Salary Range**: 2,000 SAR - 2,300 SAR
**Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (related field)

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Respond to inquiries and investigate issues related to operational transactions; act as a liaison to resolve day-to-day administrative and operational challenges.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies, equipment, and systems relevant to the operations field.
- Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the operations unit.
- Willingness to work beyond standard hours or on rotating shifts, as required by the role.
- Supervise data entry operators and ensure accurate and timely entry of operational data.
- Prepare detailed reports on Reactive and Preventive Maintenance achievements for management review.
- Monitor, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall operational goals.
