**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Executive to join our dynamic team at Swastik Constructions. As part of our Office Store department, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate management of inventory at our construction sites from Office. This includes receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking all materials and equipment used in our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and verify deliveries of materials and equipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness against purchase orders and invoices.
- Safely store and secure materials and equipment in designated areas, maintaining proper organization and labeling for easy identification.
- Issue materials and equipment to authorized personnel, maintaining accurate records of quantities and usage.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to identify discrepancies and maintain up-to-date stock levels.
- Prepare and submit requisitions for materials and equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
- Perform preventive maintenance on storage equipment and tools.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and regulations.
- Participate in site housekeeping and cleanliness initiatives.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned, including data entry, reporting, and project support.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in a warehouse or inventory control setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in basic math and inventory management software.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Construction experience a plus.
