Some of the key responsibilities for this position may include:
1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new Sellers.

2. Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends.

3. Preparing and submitting regular reports on sales activities, including Sellers visits.

4. Achieving and exceeding sales targets of sellers on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

**Required Skill Sets**:
**1. Qualification**: Graduate with 1 - 3 years of experience in Field Sale/Business Development/Field Marketing.

2. Fresher with MBA can also apply.

**3. Skills**: Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills (Versant Level 4).

4. Strong negotiation abilities, and a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and products. 5.Willingness to travel and work flexible hours is often required in this position.
