**Job description Project Title**: Embracing diversity for a thriving workplace: A path to employee wellness and firm success in the têxtile industry Funding Agency: Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) The Amrita School of Business Coimbatore is seeking a motivated and responsible Field Investigator to join our research team for the ICSSR-funded project. This project aims to study the impact of diversity on the success of têxtile industries.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct fieldwork in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra & Gujarat using surveys, interviews, and focus groups.

Ensure accurate and ethical data collection, adhering to research protocols and informed consent guidelines.

Record data meticulously and promptly using digital forms, audio recordings, and paper forms.

Maintain clear and organized field notes and documentation.

Assist with data entry and cleaning as needed.

Travel independently to designated field sites.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative research environment.
