**JOB DISCRIPTION**:

- To provide optimum quality of effective and efficient Emergency care within the contract resources available to the Hospital.
- To actively participate in the teaching and training of junior doctors and allied healthcare professionals.
- To take part in the general activities of consultants at the hospital - teaching, clinical governance, administration, management and so forth. This will be done by personal development into appropriate roles depending on the consultants’ particular interests and aptitudes.
- To support and develop innovative improvements within the department and the hospital in order to maintain and improve the quality of patient care.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- To contribute to the development of excellence in Clinical practice through research, audit and undergraduate and postgraduate training.
- To assist in the development and further expansion of the Critical Care services in hospital in its aim to be a major provider of Emergency services.
- To take responsibility for the professional supervision and development of trainee pediatricians within the specialty. This will include appraisal of junior doctors.
- Responsible for the clinical care of critically ill patients admitted to ICU according to generally accepted standards
- To develop and maintain good communications with general practitioners and appropriate external agencies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
