**Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) & Office Administrator**
**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent
**Location**: Calicut, Kuttikkattoor
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual with **at least 2 years of experience** to join our team as a **Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) & Office Administrator**. This dual-role position requires a professional who can effectively manage customer relationships while ensuring seamless administrative operations within the office.
**Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Responsibilities**:
- **Build and nurture strong relationships** with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Address customer inquiries** and provide detailed product information with clarity and professionalism.
- **Resolve customer concerns** promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and customer retention.
- **Collaborate with the sales team** to identify and meet customer requirements effectively.
- **Maintain accurate records** of all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- **Conduct customer satisfaction surveys** to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- **Ensure timely product delivery** and follow up to confirm customer satisfaction.
- **Work towards achieving customer service goals** and contribute to overall business success.
**Office Administrator Responsibilities**:
- **Provide comprehensive administrative support** to various departments, ensuring smooth office operations.
- **Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records** for easy accessibility and security.
- **Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments**, ensuring effective time management.
- **Assist in preparing reports and presentations**, ensuring accuracy and a high standard of quality.
- **Perform general clerical tasks**, including data entry, photocopying, and document scanning.
- **Manage office supplies** and oversee equipment maintenance to support day-to-day operations.
- **Support HR functions**, including coordinating interviews and maintaining employee records as needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in customer relationship management and/or office administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Pay: 15,000 - 20000 per month
