**ob Summary**

An excellent opportunity for a Change Management Coordinator looking for a long-term opportunity, growth and flexible work environment within Database Services team. In this capacity, the responsibilities will include:

- Review, validate, approve and align DBA resources to Change Requests received by Database Services team
- Provide administrative assistance and monitor DBA Change Management process effectiveness

**Education and Experience**

This position requires a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology OR proven commercial Change Management experience.

2-3 years of experience in a Change Management role, preferably with basic understanding of common database technologies (like Oracle/SQL Server).

**We will rely on you to**:

- Review, validate, approve and align DBA resources to Change Requests received by Database Services team
- Prioritize changes and confirm change initiator’s assessment of emergency status, priority and impact settings
- Assist in the day to day scheduling and processing of Change Requests
- Ensure that standardized methods, processes and procedures are used for all Changes
- Provide administrative assistance and monitor process effectiveness
- Participate in process evaluation and improvement activities
- Escalate Change Management issues to management
- Continually identify opportunities for automation and efficiencies
- Prepare and distribute meeting documentation
- Manage change communications
- Review and maintain process documentation
- Educate process participants on the process and supporting procedures & tools

**What you need to have**:

- In depth understanding of Change Management processes
- Experience in using IT service Management/ Service Desk tools (like ServiceNow)
- Basic understanding of common database technologies (like Oracle/SQL Server) is a plus
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, interpersonal communication, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A strong customer focus and people skills
- Enjoy working in a fast pace, ever changing work environment
- Flexible in terms of working hours
- Ability to solely work remotely while being actively part of the Database Services team
