Role: Marketing Executive

Qualification: MBA in Marketing

Salary : 5 LPA- 7LPA

Location: Bangalore

Language Preferred: English, Hindi and Kannada (Added Advantage)

**Qualifications**:

- Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a Marketing role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong technical and domain knowledge in marketing

**Skills Required**:
1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and clients.

2. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial for success in this role.

3. Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies with a focus on lead generation.

4. Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel

5. Familiarity with social media platforms and web analytics

6. Creative mindset with strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.

7. Knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe (added advantage)

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.

2. Assist in the development and execution of promotional and digital campaigns, monitor campaign progress using performance metrics, and share insights with the management team.

3. Analyze campaign performance, use insights to drive lead generation, and optimize content marketing and social media strategies to enhance audience engagement.

4. Conduct market research to understand and develop strategies to increase quality leads

5. Build and maintain relationships with media vendors, publishers, and business partners to support referral programs, promotional activities, and lead-focused marketing campaigns.

6. Maintain organized records of marketing activity and support the team in executing marketing strategies

7. Capture and edit high-quality photographs and videos of ongoing and completed projects for use across digital platforms.

8. Ensure consistent branding in all visual content and maintain a well-organized digital archive of media assets.

9. Create impactful marketing content, and templates to strengthen brand identity and engage potential clients.

11. Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
