**Job title**:Joint Controller of Examination

**Duties & Responsibilities**

The person shall be responsible for coordinating various term/semester end examinations of the University as per the academic calendar of the schools. He/She will be responsible for monitoring topics covered during a term/semester by faculty members, will also create a question bank, coordination with the external question paper setter, selection, printing, packing, dispatch of question papers on time. He/She shall be responsible for grievance redresses of the students.

The person shall be responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the entire administrative functions of the School including admissions, examination related work, student’s activities and liaise with UGC, AICTE and other regulatory bodies. He/she is required to supervise and control day to day functions of the School. He/She will work in close coordination with the respective departments of the University & Dean of the School.

In 1981, Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal (SVKM) established Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) to meet the growing demand for management education.
