- Paid Media, Google AdWords, Performance Marketing.
Facebook Ads PPC, Digital Marketing, Pay Per Click, Google Ads, AdWords.
Job Responsibilities:
Create, run, and manage multiple paid campaigns across channels.
Identify and execute optimization recommendations to increase campaign ROI.
Maintain and operate day-to-day campaign spending as per allocation.
Run campaigns for our clients on different platforms - Google/Bing search, GDN, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Native Ads.
Build and run A/B creative tests and spend scaling tests.
Identify pain points to creatively improve non-performing areas.
Monitor the progress of campaigns using various reporting tools and tweak strategies & budgets based on current performance to maximize ROI.
Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.
The complete responsibility of campaign, KPI & lead targets
**Requirements**:
1-3 Years of relevant experience.
Should be well versed in Media planning, buying (Auction-based or Direct), and campaign execution on Search, Social, Mobile, Publishers, etc.
Very strong keyword research skills.
Handled a minimum Monthly budget of around 10 Lac.
Ability to write compelling, clear, concise search ad copies.
Should have handled multiple campaigns at a time.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Open to challenges, flexible in handling multiple clients, self-motivated, and should be able to handle pressure.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
