**Job Description**:
Edwin Academy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Scribe/Transcriptionist. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate documentation of patient encounters and medical procedures.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Accurately transcribe medical dictations, including patient histories, physical examinations, consultations, and treatment plans.

2. Maintain organized and detailed electronic medical records (EMRs) in compliance with regulatory standards and institutional protocols.

3. Collaborate with healthcare providers to capture essential information during patient encounters, including diagnoses, prescriptions, and laboratory results.

4. Assist in the preparation of medical reports, correspondence, and other documentation as needed.

5. Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines and HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.

6. Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to clarify information and ensure accurate documentation.

8. Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing medical records, as assigned.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, medical transcription, or related field preferred.

2. Proven experience in medical transcription or scribing role preferred.

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

7. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.

8. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.

9. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.

10. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
