**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator - CSRL-Structwel Lab (Pune) Pvt. Ltd..

**Location**: Fatima nagar Pune

**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Input**: Accurately enter Testing Reports & related data, including but not limited to project specifications, contractor details, work orders, and financial information into our databases and software systems.
- **Data Verification**: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, addressing any discrepancies or errors promptly.
- **Record Maintenance**: Organize and maintain electronic and physical records, including contracts, blueprints, and permits, ensuring they are easily accessible for team members.
- **Report Generation**: Assist in generating reports, summaries, and other documents related to project progress, budget tracking, and compliance.
- **File Management**: Ensure that all project files and documentation are properly filed, stored, and archived in accordance with company policies.
- **Data Security**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with care, adhering to company confidentiality policies and data protection regulations.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with vendors, and other related tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in data entry or MS CIT office administration is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent typing speed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with construction management software is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
