Roles & responsibilities
- Managing and executing the site inspection by potential buyers for various units across specific localities, generally within a 15-20 km range around you. Navigating them to the site location, showcasing the properties, educating them, collecting feedback, updating it via the mobile App, communicating the details to respective RMs.
- Collecting and delivering of documents as required

Remuneration: Earnings with us are on an average 1500 per day + fuel reimbursements + additional unlimited revenue sharing. Per trip can fetch an easy Rs.150/- + fuel reimbursements. The visits are incentivized through customer ratings and the earning doubles on a 5-star rating. Additionally, Rs.1500/- incentive is ensured for any negotiation that results from any of your visits. As per the history, the average negotiations have been 1 every 30 visits.

Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: ₹1,500.00 - ₹2,000.00 per day

- Weekend availability
- Weekend only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
