**Job Title: Audit Support Role**:
**Location**: Bangalore

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation and organization of audit documentation and files.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and address discrepancies or issues in financial documents.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of audit standards and regulations.
- Support the implementation of audit recommendations to improve processes.
- Assist in training staff on compliance and audit procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience in audit or financial analysis is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
