**JD of Service Technician**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues with vehicles.

2. Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks, following manufacturer guidelines.

3. Inspect, Repair and replace automotive parts and components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and electrical systems.

4. Use diagnostic equipment, specialized tools, and technical manuals to perform accurate and efficient repairs.

5. Test-drive vehicles after repairs to verify performance and ensure quality workmanship.

6. Communicate with Service Advisors and customers to provide updates on repair status, additional recommendations, and estimated completion times.

7. Adhere to dealership and manufacturer standards for safety, quality, and efficiency in all service operations.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and manufacturer training to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as an automotive Service Technician or mechanic required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex vehicle systems.
- Technical knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, drivetrain, and electrical/electronic components.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and computerized testing systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in automotive technology is a plus.

**Education**:

- Diploma or Any Graduate or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
