Job Description

What will you be doing?

The Head of Co-Lending will oversee and drive the co-lending strategy, focusing on building and managing partnerships with banks and other financial institutions. This role is crucial for expanding our lending portfolio and enhancing our market presence

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement the co-lending strategy in alignment with the company's growth objectives

-Identify and establish strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions

-Manage the end-to-end co-lending process, including deal structuring, negotiations, and execution

-Monitor and assess the performance of co-lending partnerships, ensuring alignment with company goals

-Collaborate with internal teams to integrate co-lending solutions into existing product offerings

-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Proven experience in lending, finance, or a related role, with a strong background in co-lending or partnership management

Strong understanding of the NBFC sector, financial products, and regulatory environment

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth through partnerships
