**Key Responsibilities**
- ViciDial Administration.
- Install, configure, and maintain ViciDial servers and clusters.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Ensure uptime, security, and smooth operations of call center systems.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of ViciDial installation and administration experience.**
- Strong knowledge of Linux server administration.
- Hands-on experience with Asterisk PBX.
- Proficiency in MySQL/MariaDB database management.
- Strong skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Familiarity with VoIP, SIP, and networking concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues quickly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
