- **Technical Support**:Responding to user requests and problems, providing guidance and assistance with computer systems.
- **Coordination with IT Team**:Working with IT staff to determine sequences of operations and troubleshoot problems.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Maintaining accurate logs, documentation, and reports of system operations and issues.
- **Following Procedures**:Adhering to established procedures and protocols for computer operations and data management.
- **Ensuring Data Security**:Implementing and maintaining data security measures to protect sensitive information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
