Our client is an Advertising Agency catering to Real Estate Sector from 1969 with expertise in Design, OOH, Signs, Digital and Events having corporate office at Lower Parel.

**Position**: Billing Head

**Work Location**: Lower Parel

**Working Days**: Monday
- Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday Off)

**Working Hours**: 10.00 am to 6.30 pm
- Issuing invoices, dealing with invoicing related correspondence, answering clients' billing queries, and initiating collections on accounts that are past due.
- Maintain up-to-date billing system, generate and send out invoices
- Oversee the preparation of statements and bills
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Maintain and/or ensure maintenance of client records related to invoicing and bill payment
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Draft and distribute weekly reports of invoicing and billing
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software i.e Tally ERP 9

**Salary**: Up to ₹60,000.00 per year
