**Job Title**: Fabrication Supervisor

**Experience**: 2 - 4 Years

**Salary**:

- Monthly Gross: ₹20,000
- Additional: 3 hours of daily Overtime (paid)

**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Weekly Off**: Sunday
**Working Hours**: 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM + 3 hours OT

**Responsibilities**:

- Assign daily tasks to team members based on production plans, manpower availability, equipment capacity, and skill levels.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to production schedules and workflows.
- Maintain strict compliance with quality control standards and procedures.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure all fabricated assemblies meet design and quality requirements.
- Establish and monitor cost control systems to stay within budget.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas.
- Guide and train the team on technical and safety practices.
- Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and support career development.
- Administer personnel actions in line with company policies.
- Set department goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing setup with exposure to noise, welding fumes, and changing weather conditions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Required Skills & Attributes**:

- Strong understanding of fabrication processes and production planning.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with quality systems and production monitoring tools.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
