- Conduct thorough consultations to understand patient concerns, expectations, and medical history.
- Perform detailed skin and body assessments to determine appropriate treatments.
- Discuss potential outcomes, risks, and benefits of procedures with patients.

2. **Treatment Planning**
- Develop right personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and desired outcomes.
- Recommend appropriate cosmetic procedures and products.
- Ensure the patient’s expectations are realistic and achievable.

3. **Performing Cosmetic Procedures**
- Should know to correctly perform chemical peels, laser therapy,PRP and GFC, microdermabrasion,Hydrafacials, Medifacials and other skin rejuvenation techniques.
- Ensure all procedures are performed safely, effectively, and in line with best practices.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and infection control during all procedures.

4. **Post-Treatment Care and Follow-Up**
- Provide detailed aftercare instructions to patients.
- Monitor patient progress and schedule follow-up appointments to assess results.
- Manage any complications or side effects that may arise post-treatment.

5. **Patient Education and Counseling**
- Educate patients on maintaining healthy skin and preventing future issues.
- Offer advice on skincare products and lifestyle choices that support treatment results.
- Address patient concerns and questions to ensure they feel informed and supported.

6. **Record Keeping and Documentation**
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient consultations, treatments, and follow-up visits.

8. **Compliance and Safety**
- Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards set by medical boards and relevant authorities.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and sterilized.
- Follow protocols for emergency situations and patient safety.

9. **Team Collaboration and Supervision**
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, nurses, and medical assistants.
- Provide guidance and training to staff involved in cosmetic procedures.
- Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to promote services and manage patient appointments.

10. **Business Development**
- Engage in marketing activities to promote cosmetic services arranged by the management.
- Manage patient reviews and feedback to enhance practice reputation.
- Stay informed about competitive offerings and industry trends to keep the practice competitive.
