Job role - BIM Architech

CTC - uptp 6 LPA

Location - Ahmedabad

**Role & responsibilities**
- Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for architectural projects.
- Collaborate with design teams to create and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create architectural models/ design using BIM software (e.g., Revit) and ensure accuracy and completeness of design information.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate architectural designs into the overall BIM project model.
- Generate architectural construction documents and support the creation of as-built documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices.
- Collaborate and coordinate with MEP and Structural design teams for seamless project integration.
- B.E/ B.Arch/B.Tech/M.Arch/M.Tech in Architectural /Civil Engineering with 4-7 Yrs of work experience
- Proficiency in BIM software (preferably Revit Architecture) and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with Sketch Up, Lumion, and other visualization tools.
- Experience working in a ProjectWise/BIM 360 Common Data Environment (preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design codes and industry standards.
- Strong coordination skills to interface with architectural, structural, and MEP teams

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
