**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle front office duties including greeting visitors, answering calls, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and documentation.
- Assist in scheduling classes, meetings, and training sessions.
- Support the admission process by coordinating with prospective students and parents.
- Manage office supplies, inventories, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and maintain reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate with faculty, trainers, and management for institutional activities.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and student engagement programs.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
