Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive project requests and draft designs as per industrial standards from Master planning to individual residential building designs.
- Assist to finalize draft design projects using both 2D and 3D sketching
- Utilize necessary digital tools to create initial drafts.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure accuracy of design work.
- Create outstanding presentation for the design proposals.
- Re-visit designs and make adjustments to designs as needed.
- Research and incorporate appropriate elements into designs as needed.
- Researching codes and other standards as necessary for compliance.
- Preparing the Design drawings with Architectural details for various stages of Design

Development.
- Conducts research for the project team.
- Produces graphic presentations and builds study models.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience.

- Should be able to work alone or as part of a team, taking ownership for assigned deliverables & outputs.

- Be inventive and imaginative in building design and master planning.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player, keen to develop with our growing organization.
- Demonstrated experience in using current architectural software packages.
- Dynamic with good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Strong design aptitude with presentation and software skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential.

Basic Software Skill required
- AutoCAD-Expert
- Sketch up-Expert
- Photoshop-Expert
- Microsoft Office-Expert
- Rendering software like Enscape /Lumion/V-ray-Expert
- Revit Architecture-Preferred
