Product Knowledge: Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the organization's products or services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing details to customers.

Upselling and Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers, thereby increasing sales and revenue.

Handling Queries: Responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Team Leadership: Providing guidance and support to junior telecallers, monitoring their performance, and ensuring the team meets its targets.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining records of customer interactions, updating the CRM system, preparing sales reports, and sharing relevant data with the management team.

Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with industry trends, attending training sessions to enhance skills, and implementing effective sales techniques to improve performance.

Overall, a Senior Telecaller plays a crucial role in driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of the organization.

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month
