Jr. Lawyer

Looking for Jr. Lawyer for our Delhi Office, whose main roles and responsibilities shall be as under:

- Managing all the existing and new legal cases of the company.
- Coordinating with lawyers and taking notes for the due cases and preparing necessary documentation
- Drafting legal & commercial documents and also other various documents, such case filing, case withdrawal, petition filling, warning letters for parties, MOU, Service Agreements, JV, Non-disclosure agreements etc.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- cases handling: 5 years (preferred)
- Legal drafting: 5 years (preferred)
- Case management: 5 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
