**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design Support**: Assist in the development of design concepts, including schematic design, design development, and technical drawings.
- **3D Modeling & Visualization**: Create and modify 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, or other modeling tools to assist with design presentation and development.
- **Drafting & Technical Documentation**: Produce high-quality architectural drawings and detailed technical specifications, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- **Client & Consultant Coordination**: Assist in communicating design ideas to clients and collaborating with consultants and contractors to ensure the design vision is realized in construction.
- **Site Visits**: Participate in site visits to observe construction progress, address design challenges, and ensure design intent is being followed.
- **Research & Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building materials, sustainability practices, and construction techniques, contributing new ideas to the team.
- **Project Management Support**: Support the project management team with scheduling, cost estimation, and project documentation.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with senior architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- **Experience**: 0-3 years of professional experience in an architectural firm or related design field. Internship experience during academic studies will be considered.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Ability to produce high-quality technical drawings and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
