- Collaborate with other healthcare leaders and departments to optimize patient outcomes and resource utilization.
- **Clinical Oversight**:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and best practices in nursing care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient care delivery systems, processes, and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
