Your core responsibility will be processing the inputs received from member/participant, client or carrier to ensure that the client database is up to date and member/participant has correct information. In this role, you will report to the Assistant/Team Manager and will have the following additional responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining quality as per defined SLAs
- Completing assigned tasks within TAT
- Ensuring compliance of all internal policies
- Process improvement
- Providing timely updates to internal stakeholders and onshore counterparts.

Where permitted by law, LifeWorks employees must be fully immunized to access a LifeWorks office or customer premises.
