**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales & Business Development**
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through site visits, networking, and referrals.
- Pitch and promote construction materials, interior solutions, and building products to customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Regularly follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues to enhance client experience.

**Target Achievement & Reporting**
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies.

**Fieldwork & Market Expansion**
- Conduct site visits, on-field meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Expand the company’s reach by exploring new locations and untapped markets.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively to maximize revenue.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, construction materials, or building products.
- Freshers with a strong passion for sales are also welcome.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and proactive in the field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus.

**Languages Required**:

- **Hindi, Telugu, and English - All three languages are compulsory.**

**Additional Requirements**:

- A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is required.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
