**Roles & Responsibilities
- Virtutor**
- Build statistical forecasting models by identifying key signals for predicting churn and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. In addition, Senior Data Analyst will diagnose, validate, and improve the performance of these models over time.
- Utilise data to guide assigned business departments through all programs and initiatives, enabling continuous improvement in data quality, departmental performance, and overall business performance.
- Develop KPIs within the business for the purpose of identifying trends and evaluating the success of the business’s initiatives.
- Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis and insights to inform business strategy, marketing and brand strategies, digital marketing content and strategy, communications and new product development
- Work with our product teams to develop unique product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform the overall strategic positioning of the product
- Manage Virtutor product profitability and commercial success - own the business
- Translate business strategy into product strategy
- Understanding and representing user needs.
- Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.
- Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.
- Prioritizing product features and capabilities.
- Own the product roadmap
- Execute product strategy
- Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market
- Plan and carry out product launches
- Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market
- Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiation and messages
- Support the Product Owner and Product Marketer with any questions they may have
- Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues

**Salary**: ₹1,656,682.04 - ₹2,220,486.36 per year
