**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Influencer Research**:

- Identify and evaluate potential influencers and brand ambassadors across various social media platforms.
- Analyze influencers' reach, engagement, and audience demographics to ensure alignment with our brand values and target market.
- **Influencer Outreach for Affiliate Marketing**:

- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage influencers for affiliate marketing partnerships.
- Communicate effectively with influencers, negotiate collaboration terms, and manage relationships to ensure successful campaigns.
- Track and report on the performance of influencer partnerships and affiliate marketing efforts.
- **Content Ideation**:

- Brainstorm and propose creative ideas for social media posts and stories that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content calendar and ensure a consistent posting schedule.
- Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms to keep our content fresh and engaging.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tools is a plus.
