**Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Engagement**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Proactively engage with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a prompt and professional manner.
- **Reservation Management**:

- Manage restaurant reservations, ensuring accurate bookings and timely confirmations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and serving staff to accommodate special requests and ensure smooth service.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Handle guest complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to resolve issues and maintain guest satisfaction.
- **Feedback Collection**:

- Collect and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate feedback to the management team to enhance overall guest experience.
- **Upselling and Promotion**:

- Promote restaurant offerings, specials, and loyalty programs to enhance guest engagement.
- Upsell menu items and encourage guests to explore new culinary experiences.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
