**Objective**:
To promote gender equality, inclusivity, and unbiased practices across MedoPlus Services Pvt. Ltd., ensuring that workplace policies, communication, and marketing materials are free from gender bias.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review company policies and communication for **gender neutrality** and compliance with equality laws.
- Conduct **training sessions** on gender sensitivity, unconscious bias, and inclusive behavior.
- Audit **marketing and promotional content** to eliminate gender stereotypes and ensure balanced representation.
- Support the **Internal Committee (POSH)** and provide expert advice on gender-related concerns.
- Prepare brief **gender audit reports** and suggest corrective actions.

**Qualifications**
- Postgraduate in **Gender Studies, Sociology, HR, or Social Work**.
- **3-5 years’ experience** in gender inclusion, diversity, or HR policy work.
- Strong communication, analytical, and facilitation skills.
