**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce and explain our products/services to potential clients, emphasizing their benefits and value.
- Gather and record accurate customer information and feedback during calls.
- Address customer questions and objections with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments or consultations for interested clients.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
- Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly targets for call volume and conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in tele marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with potential clients.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and customer management.
- Goal-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
