**Company Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, executing, and completing audits according to professional standards.
- Work with cross-functional teams to assess and enhance financial processes.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and improve decision-making.
- Contribute to the preparation and development of audit reports and recommendations.
- Keep updated on industry trends and regulatory changes relevant to audit practices.
- Review financial data and documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Draft comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a seamless audit workflow.
- Support the audit team with special projects and ad-hoc assignments.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement robust audit procedures and controls.


**Qualification**:

- CA, CMA, or CMA Inter qualification is required.
- Master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a CA firm or within accounting or finance consultancy firms.
- More than 1 year of experience in a CA firm is preferred.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in bank reconciliations, journal entries, bookkeeping, trial balances, reconciliations, and preparing financial reports.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and relevant auditing standards.
- Proficient in accounting software, particularly Tally, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of commitment, reliability, and integrity.
