We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping our cloud operations. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence by focusing on cloud automation, troubleshooting complex infrastructure

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cloud Automation**:

- Develop and implement automation strategies to optimize cloud infrastructure and operational processes.
- Create self-healing solutions to reduce manual interventions.

**Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving**:

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive long-term solutions to recurring issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to resolve critical incidents efficiently

**Monitoring and Observability**:

- Implement and maintain robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Set up actionable alerts and dashboards to ensure proactive incident management.

**Security**:

- Ensure the security of cloud infrastructure by implementing best practices and security controls.
- Collaborate with security teams to develop and maintain a secure cloud infrastructure.

**Performance Optimization**:

- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency

**Collaboration & Leadership**:

- Serve as the technical SME for cloud infrastructure, supporting teams across shifts and geographies.
- Guide CloudOps team members in technical growth and operational best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for a more resilient and efficient cloud environment
- Join customer calls as needed for issue troubleshooting and resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and swift resolution of critical incidents.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and operations across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Knowledge of networking, security, and storage concepts.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications in cloud platforms, preferably AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
