**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Ideate and create content** for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) aligned with brand tone and target audience.
- **Act and present on camera** in a confident, engaging, and relatable manner.
- Write basic scripts or outlines for video content.
- Assist with **shooting setup**, including camera angles, lighting, and audio (using phones or basic camera gear).
- Stay updated with **trending content styles**, formats, and viral concepts.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align on content goals and campaigns.
- Handle basic post-production (optional but preferred) or coordinate with video editors.
- Organize and maintain a regular content calendar for shoots and releases.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Any graduate, preferably in Media, Communications, Performing Arts, or related fields.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in content creation or video performance.
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
- Strong sense of humor, creativity, and awareness of current trends on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Basic knowledge of how to shoot videos using a smartphone or DSLR (lighting, framing, and sound basics).
- Good communication and presentation skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in video editing apps like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush.
- Acting or theater background is a plus.
- Ability to manage content calendars and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of social media algorithms and engagement tactics.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
