Job Description: Travel Executive

Position: Travel Executive Experience: 1-2 years Education: Graduate

**Responsibilities**:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, offering travel recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise during the travel process.

Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry updates to better serve customers.

Handle reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services.

Ensure all bookings are accurately processed and documented in the system.

Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to secure the best deals and availability for customers.

Provide customers with travel packages and promotional offers, keeping in mind their preferences and budget.

Process payments and handle financial transactions related to bookings.

Assist in managing customer feedback and reviews to continuously improve service quality.

Keep track of travel regulations, visa requirements, and other necessary travel documents for different destinations.

Handle emergency situations and provide timely support to customers during travel disruptions or unforeseen events.

Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the travel agency.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.

1-2 years of experience in the travel industry or related customer service role.

Strong knowledge of various travel destinations, airline routes, and travel products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in using computer systems and travel booking software.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts for male employees and day shifts for female employees.

Customer-centric attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints with empathy.

Knowledge of additional foreign languages would be an advantage.

Working Conditions:

- 5 days working with rotational weekly offs.
- Salary range: Rs. 33,000 - Rs. 40,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
