**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote solar products, solutions and commercial installations
- Generate leads through on-ground activities, campaigns, and digital marketing support
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies across offline and online channels
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to convert leads into customers
- Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and awareness drives
- Maintain and update marketing materials, databases, and campaign performance reports
- Educate customers on solar benefits, cost savings, and government subsidies

**Qualification and Requirements**:

- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master's degree in marketing related fields is prefereable)
- 1-3 years of marketing or field sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sustainability and renewable energy
- Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork and client meetings
