Daily job activities:

- Checking inventory after every shift.
- Setting up the consultation room before the arrival of the doctor
- Making sure that the cleanliness of the OPD is maintained.
- Coordinate and communicate with the maintenance department if any complaints are received in the OPD.
- Checking and cleaning all bio - medical equipment.
- Sending and receiving sets from CSSD.
- Checking the vitals of all OPD patients before they enter to see the doctor.
- Assisting the doctors for any procedure like dressing, suture removal, HSG
- Administrating injections live IV/IM
- Sending specimens’s for testing to the lab after the procedure like vaginal swab and pap smear are carried out.
- Assisting the doctor while taking consent for the MTP procedure.
- Assisting doctors in the process of giving vaccinations
- Make sure that a proper disposal of waste takes place in the OPD
- Maintain registers in the OPD from the lending and borrowing books, CSSD register, procedure book, inventory book, MTP package register etc.
- Receiving request items from the pharmacy and stores.
- Checking the expiry date on essentials received from the CSSD

**Weekly job activities**:

- Make sure that cupboards are maintained in an orderly manner.
- Administer regular scrubbing and fumigation of the OPD.
- Send a culture swabs after fumigation, and receiving culture report from lab.
- Attend CNE class**.**

**Monthly activities**:

- Noting expiry dates of medicines.
- Maintaining the biomedical register to assess waste management statistics.

**Salary**: ₹10,311.16 - ₹31,788.49 per month
