**Responsibilities**:
Write and post technical job descriptions

Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes

Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities

Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs

Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals

Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work

**Desired Skills**:
Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.

Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast paced & metrics driven environment.

**Basic Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred however combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Must have a minimum 1 + of experience in US IT Recruitment.

**Remuneration**:
Standard Benefits - (Paid Leaves/ Vacation) + Drop Facility + Meals + Excellent + Incentives + Medical Insurance (After completion of 1 Yr) + Rewards & Recognition programs.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.88 - ₹39,512.31 per month
