We are looking for a technically skilled service technician to travel to our clients/End-users sites to perform equipment and machine repairs. The service technician's responsibilities include travelling to client's locations, remotely accessing equipment, and performing routine maintenance.

Answering telephone inquiries and assisting clients

Fixing defective or broken products or ordering the necessary parts to replace faulty or worn-out parts.

An associate's degree or technical certification (preferable) in the industry.

The ability to work independently.

Managing overtime on service calls with patience and not rushing the job.

Good communication skills. Hindi is mandatory

The ability to diagnose and solve problems.Strong working knowledge of machineries, equipment and tools used in the industry.

**Salary**: From ₹13,000.00 per month
