Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (Rent Service etc. - Maintain files and records with an effective filing system. - Preparing Documents for Tenders. - Maintaining all areas of our Workplace ensures it looks pristine at all times. - Overseeing the inbound/outbound delivery of mails. - Other Duties as Assigned by Directors.
- Responsible for maintaining the records of office inventory. - Distributing the stationary as per requirement and keeping the record. - Checking the availability of stationary and other required things and ordering for them. - Coordinating with the dealers, suppliers, and vendors. - Maintaining the documents of employee records. - Assisting the HR manager in planning and executing activities in an organization. - Responsible for checking the office’s assets are in good condition. - Responsible for handling petty cash and keeping the record of expenses.
**Salary**: ₹14,110.78 - ₹30,188.95 per month
