We have an Opening for a Reputed Law Firm.
JD:
Commercial Transactions:
(a) Drafting of Agreements, Deed, MOUs relating to Commercial Transactions including investment documents.

(b) Carrying out Due Diligence and advising client on the investment/ joint venture/ takeover / transfer related documents.

(c) Holding conference with clients and representing clients’ interest in meetings with stakeholders including negotiating on behalf of clients.

(d) Advising clients on compliance relating to Corporate Law, FEMA Regulations and SEBI Regulations.

(e) Preparing Due Diligence Report, Compliance Report and Vetting Report

(f) Coordinating with clients and advising on Commercial Transactions.

**Location - Nariman Point**

**Notice Period : Immediate - 15 days**

**Experience**:3+ years**

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
