- Noida**Roles and Responsibilities**
- You would be responsible for providing secretarial, Paralegal Support and Administrative support to lawyers, associates and IP /Trademark Attorneys of the firm
- Must be Good at Typing
- Handle day-to-day client deliverables independently.
- Should have extensive experience in advising, and acting for, clients on all aspects of trademark law.
- Experience with handling prosecution, overseeing management of large trade mark portfolios, oppositions, cancellations, etc. copyright and design prosecution would be a plus.
- Should also have proficient knowledge in writing and learning English and Hindi.

**SKILLS**:
- Excellent docketing skills (online & offline).
- Proficiency in MS office, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Must be Good at Typing minimum; Min speed 25-30 WP
- Experience with data management systems and software.
- Willing to work towards closure/filing of cases within due date.
- Extensive knowledge of trademark/opposition filing and review and able to handle solely.
- Exceptional ability to perform research and keep track of deadlines and routine follow ups.
- Ability to collaborate with other team and work independently.
- Exceptional record keeping and communication skills.
