Increase finance penetration.
- Have excellent relationships in the financing industry to steer best financiing solutions for the customers.
- Visit financiers on a timely interval for having an excellent camaraderie between both organisations.
- Ensure reach of schemes till the last mile.
- Develop and deploy new / innovative initiatives in the financing space for eg., moving towards digitisation, pre-approved loans etc.
- Create joint programs for customer acquisiton.
- Review and pull up RF penetration in low RF penetrated areas / territories / dealers.
- Have training programs for field sales executives, finance executiives through TTT concept.
- Have joint meetings with financiers and our team for developing reach of financing.
- Ensure atleast a min of 3 financiers at AMD and 2 at ADs through the Sales Finance and Area teams.
- Review portfolio quality of Vision in financier books and steps to be taken if necessary if at all portfolio quality is poor.
- Take care of subvention payments.
- Dispute resolution between stakeholders like dealer / financier / Sales team etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹21,000.00 per month
